We aim to get your lovingly made, fragrant goodies to you as smoothly and quickly as possible so we  have several delivery options available.

We use several Royal Mail Services, this usually involves us popping to our local post office after the shop has closed for the day or our very helpful local postie picking up your parcel. Therefore, after placing your order, your parcel will usually be on its way to you the following working day. 

We offer free delivery on all Uk mainland orders over £75 (3-5 working days)

We also offer FREE LOCAL PICK-UP / CLICK & COLLECT: Simply order online and collect from our shop at Cedar Farm in Mawdesley. Once you receive email notification that your order is ready to collect you can pick it up from Apothecary Oils during opening hours 10.00am – 5.00pm Tuesday – Sunday (We are closed on Mondays)   

Royal Mail Options 

Our standard shipping option is Tracked 48, this is a great service which tracks your parcel and allows you to designate delivery including  a safe place or delivery to a preferred neighbour. You will receive an email update from Royal Mail with tracking and delivery options. This service aims to deliver within 2- 3 working days from sending date.This service also provides compensation cover up to £100 for extra piece of mind.

Not in a hurry? Choose Royal Mail 2nd class option, this is not a tracked service and aims to deliver your parcel with 3-5 working days.

Refunds and Returns 

We want you to enjoy piece of mind when ordering from us online therefore if any products delivered are damaged or defective / not what you ordered / not the quantity that you ordered, Please get in touch with us within 5 working days at info@apothecaryoils.co.uk. We will arrange appropriate replacements or refunds.

We are a small, independent business and we pride ourselves in excellent customer service, we will take a caring, common sense approach to any problems you may experience with your order.

Refunds and replacements are offered entirely at our discretion & we reserve the right to issue them in whichever way we deem appropriate, we may require photos of damaged goods.
